Return & Refund Policy
Return and Exchange
1. The Return or Exchange(R/E) arising out of Size and Fit can be done within 3 Days(72
hours) after your order is delivered, for such (R/E) The Tags should be Intact and
attached to the original attached place assuming the customer will try the product with
the Tags unplucked and when sure of the size then pluck the tags as no issue relating to
size arises.
1.1 For such R/E if the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the
customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges are borne by customer, the
product(s) should unused,unwashed, in its original condition with all tags intact/attached to the
original place and packaging to qualify for (R/E),
1.2 the exchanged product will be sent by us with shipping borne by us (EYGO)
1.3 For placing a return or exchange request, mail us at eygo.shop@gmail.com
2. The Return or Exchange(R/E) arising out of Damaged/Defective/Wrong product(s) due
to a mistake on our end , the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping
charges will be covered by us only. If the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our
courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping
charges are 100% refundable ONLY if you receive defective/wrong product(s)
(Note- it's unlikely to receive the Damaged/Defective product(s) as each Product’s Picture
with Tags are Securely Kept in our records)
2.1 If by any chance you receive the damaged product, apply for the replacement within 2
days (48 hours).
2.2 Kindly record an unboxing video and share the same with us via mail at the time of
placing a replacement request for Return or Exchange(R/E) arising out of
Damaged/Defective/Wrong product(s) or Size and Fit
2.3 For placing a return or exchange request, mail us at eygo.shop@gmail.com
3. The Return or Exchange(R/E) arising out of Style and Colour is not covered which means
WE DO NOT PROVIDE it for the product if you didn't like the color or style as the color or
style are true to what's shown on the website .
4. Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the
product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags intact/attached to the original place
and packaging.

6. Note: We suggest you select 'Speed Post' as your courier service rather than using other
courier companies. Speed Post is a government-owned entity that operates India's
largest postal network and it is totally reliable.
Cancellation
● You can raise order cancellation requests within 24hrs of placing the order by emailing
info@eygo.shop with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Once the order
is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Make sure you send the mail with the same email id
you used to place the order from our website.
● The amount will be refunded to the source account within 7-10 working days.
Refund
● For Prepaid Orders: The refund for the Prepaid order is processed within 7-10 working
days after receiving your order and Quality Check process. The refunded amount will be
reflected in the respective payment mode.
● For COD Orders: The refund for the COD order is processed within 7-10 working days
after receiving your order and Quality Check process. The refunded amount will be
reflected in your selected mode of payment.
